Biography
Asuman Hasırcıoğlu Torlak is a contemporary artist and curator based in Cologne, Germany. She combines traditional marbling art with oil painting, digital art, and various surface applications. Her work, which centers on the symbolic and emotional impact of colors, aims to create connections between cultures, eras, and techniques. While transforming marbling techniques into a contemporary visual language, the artist focuses on concepts of peace, humanity, and intercultural communication. In addition to exhibitions, shows, and educational work, she has participated in various art events in Germany and Turkey.
