Biography
He was born on April 1, 1955, near Ulcinj, a coastal city in Montenegro. He completed his higher education in Pristina, graduating from the Painting Department of the Pristina Academy of Arts in 1978. He studied under Professor Rexhep Ferri. Membership: Since 1993, he has been a member of the All Albanian Visual Artists Association, headquartered in Tirana.
