Biography
Ilgaz Özgen Topçuoğlu is a Turkish painter and academician working in the fields of painting and visual arts. He is an associate professor in the Painting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Akdeniz University. His works are included in the collection of the Gazi University Painting and Sculpture Museum; he also publishes academic studies on art and contemporary painting.
